You do not need a user profile and login credentials to submit a support request, you simply need to select “Submit a request”. When you submit a request for the first time, an individual user account is created automatically. You will be able to review all your support requests, you just need to create a password selecting “Sign in” and then “Get a password”.
I am an CSS Elite Partner:
As part of the Elite Partner Program, during the Onboarding call with our Service Delivery Manager you have been provided the user credentials to login in the Ticketing Portal. You have now visibility on your tickets and, depending of the profile setup during the Onboarding call, you might have also visibility on all the tickets created by your organization.
For the first login, you can obtain your password by selecting “Sign in” and then “Get a password”.
