As a Basic Partner you are not entitled to request access for any additional users. Please refer to How can I access to the Ticketing Portal?
I am an Elite Partner:
In case you would like to update the current users in the Ticketing Portal please follow the below process
- Sign in in the Ticketing Portal.
- Click on “Submit a request”.
- Select “Submit a Ticketing Portal Account Request” option from the dropdown menu.
- Complete the required information in the form and add the users information in the “Description” box. (In case of multiple user you can upload a file).
- Click on “Submit”.
It is important to add the required information in order to provide to CSS Helpdesk a detailed overview concerning the new requester in terms of user full name, user email address, language spoken, job role and support request visibility. The new user will be entitled to log new support request and get in touch directly with CSS Helpdesk.
Throughout the same form you can request also to modify or delete one, or even more, of the existing users. Please always provide the details concerning the ones you would like to adjust.
Once the request to create/modify/remove any user is submitted the team will complete your request within 2 business days.
