Cloud Support Services (CSS) scope includes Post-Sales Support for Break/Fix Incidents only. Technical Support provides troubleshooting for a specific problem, error message or functionality that isn't working as expected.
In scope are:
- All Cloud Microsoft products that are available as part of the CSP (Cloud Service Provider) licensing and are eligible of assistance according to Microsoft.
- All Microsoft On-premises products that are eligible for assistance according to the Microsoft Support Lifecyle available at this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/products/.
- The Extended Support End Date schedule provided by Microsoft for these products will apply as well to CSS's scope of work.
