On July 26th, 2023, the following features will be live: Microsoft Outage link integration with TD SYNNEX CSS Ticketing Portal.
What are we changing?
The Outage URL’s will empower you to check for any ongoing Service Degradation from Microsoft’s end before contacting the assisted support.
If you see an ongoing service degradation from Microsoft, then we recommend you monitor the outage as Microsoft already working for a fix and contacting assisted support might not be required.
If you do not see any Outage for the affected service then you may always reach out to CSS Support by clicking “Submit a request” button at the bottom.
This change is aimed at enhancing efficiency and streamlining the support experience for all our valued team members. We firmly believe that these improvements will ultimately lead to a better support experience for everyone.
