In accordance with Microsoft's security protocols, only the Microsoft Data Protection Team is equipped to address such tenant access issues. This security process must be conducted strictly with the Global administrators listed on the tenant.
Additionally, Microsoft's procedures and processes cannot involve any partner associated with the business, even if authorized by the Global administrator. Since TD SYNNEX is unable to participate in the resolution process, we recommend reaching out to Microsoft directly for assistance.
